CANCELLATION POLICY & CANCELLATION FORM

A. Cancellation Policy  

Introduction:

Consumers have the right to cancel a contract under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity.  

Right of Cancellation 
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.  

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.  

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Email: info@limlex.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.  

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.  

#### **Consequences of Cancellation**  
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.  

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.  

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.  

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.  

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a manner not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.  

#### **Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Cancellation**  
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual selection or determination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.  

#### **General Information**  
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.  
2) Please do not return the goods freight collect.  
3) Please note that the above clauses (1-2) are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
