Shipping Terms
Brief Information:
Due to some logistical challenges after the sales launch, some orders have been delayed. However, all orders are being shipped as planned. If you are interested in a refund, please contact us via our contact form.
To handle the current high demand, we are currently shipping directly from our manufacturer in China. In the near future, however, we will ship from a warehouse in Germany.

Payment & Shipping
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, we currently offer **free shipping** to worldwide.
Due to high demand, the delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 days.
Conditions:
- The customer bears the costs of returning the goods.
Shipping Conditions:
Deliveries are made from both **China and Germany** to Germany and the following countries: Worldwide (all countries).
Shipping Costs (Including VAT):
- **Domestic shipping (Germany):** Free shipping
- **International shipping:** Free shipping
- **Flat rate for international shipping:** Free shipping
#### **Delivery of Digital Products:**
There are no shipping costs for digital products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).
You can download digital products via a link provided in an email.
This email with access details for the download will be sent within **12 hours** after the contract is concluded (or after payment is received in the case of prepayment).

### **Delivery Times**
Unless otherwise stated in the respective product offer, delivery within Germany takes **3-10 days**, while international deliveries take **3-10 days** after the contract is concluded (or after payment is received in the case of prepayment).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
